16 medium-sized Potatoes
For the ambitious chef:
2 dl (1 cups) melted Butter
1. Begin with slicing the potatoes almost through, continue until the whole potato is sliced almost through, you could for instance use a large spoon to make this easier.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain them and put on a baking sheet, roast in oven for about 40 minutes at 225 celsius or 440 fahrenheit.
3. If you are ambitious, spoon over a mixture of
stock, melted butter and water about 3 times during the time in the oven. When
ready, season with salt and pepper and serve with all kinds of meat and sauce.
