250 grams (0.5 pounds) fresh Nettles
1. Rinse the nettles in cold water. Boil in salted water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain and finely chop, also chop the chives.
2. Melt butter, add the flour into it, and stir.
When golden, add water and stock and boil for about another 10 minutes, when
done add nettles and chives.
