1. Begin with removing the wrap from the falukorv-sausage. Then cut the sausage in medium thick slices
2. Finely chop the onion, fry in a little bit of
butter until soft, then add the horseradish and let cook for a few seconds.
4. Fry the sausage slices crisp in butter. Serve together with the horseradish sauce, mustard and mashed potatoes.
