Raksallad recipe, swedish shrimp salad


Raksallad recipe, swedish shrimp salad.
Often used as a sidedish for instance hamburgers or sausage.


Serves four:

1 dl (0.4 cups) Crème fraiche
1 dl (0.4 cups) Mayonnaise
400 grams Shrimp, hand peeled
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Ketchup
2 tsp Paprika

Salt & Pepper

1. Begin with roughly chopping the shrimp, then mix with the crème fraiche, mustard, paprika and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with for instance tunnbrodsrulle, on hamburgers or together with mashed potatoes and fried or boiled sausage.
