1 Falukorv, about 500 grams (1.1 pound)
1. Firstly chop the onion and garlic clove finely. Fry it until soft in a sauce-pan. Add the crushed tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, oregano and a pinch of salt.
2. Remove the skin from the sausage, make deep cuts almost throught the sausage, spread mustard in the pockets that forms.
3. When the sauce has simmered for about 10 minutes,
put the sausage in an oven tray and poor the sauce over. Top with the grated
cheese and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 225 celsius or 437 fahrenheit.
Serve with mashed or boiled potatoes.
